Whole Cow Ground Beef

Wise Pastures single animal sourced ground beef is made up of the whole cow- not just the trim. We develop our cattle for the beef program a little different than most. They spend the majority of their lives on pasture eating grass.  In addition to gating grass and forbs, we supplement with some grain the last 30 to 60 days prior to harvest and packaging. This gives our beef a depth of flavor you probably haven't tasted before.

For your convenience, our ground beef comes in vacuum sealed, one pound packages that fit nicely in your freezer and thaw quickly.
