Southern Cooking Tip:
Brown in a cast iron skillet, then braise with onion, garlic, beef broth, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Let it cook until the meat nearly falls off the bone. Serve over rice or buttery mashed potatoes with collards or cornbread on the side.
